30-DAY RETURNS
 
Your diamond ring purchase is backed by the Retailer 30 Day Internet Refund Policy.
 
If you are dissatisfied with your diamond ring for any reason, you can return it within
30 days from date of purchase. You will be refunded the full purchase price, however
there will be a $150.00 restocking fee for all non-stock rings (14k sizes 5 or smaller,
9 or larger, and all 18k and platinum rings, and the Couture Collection).

If the item is defective or not as ordered, you have the option of requesting a refund
or an exchange for the purchase. Please contact Retailer to obtain a Return Authori-
zation # and process this request. You will be reimbursed for return postage charges
in cases of defective items or erroneous shipment made by Retailer. In all other
cases, the bridal ring must be returned in its original condition, in original packag-
ing with the original diamond grading certification. Should the diamond be returned
without the grading report, there will be a $150.00 replacement fee. Retailer will
also inspect the returned diamond and grading report before any refund is made.

purchase receipt and Return Authorization Number to:

Please ship your diamond ring via US Postal Service Registered Mail and have the
package insured for the purchase price. If you do not insure the package and the
ring is lost on shipment, you will be responsible for the loss.
