Ring Sizing Policy

It is important that you provide an accurate ring size. JewelryFactory can not be responsible for incorrect sizing information. You may need to be creative in getting the size right. Perhaps while window shopping in a mall store. Possibly being sneaky & 'borrowing" a ring she now wears & have measured by a local jeweler. Try to get as close as possible. If the incorrect information is provided, we can most certainly make whatever adjustment, however, there will be a fee to readjust the size. If we've made an error in sizing (which hardly ever happens) , we, of course, will correct it at our expense.
