30-Day Returns

Your diamond ring purchase is backed by the JomaShop.com 30 Day Internet Refund Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Jomashop.com, a return merchandise authorization number can be requested by clicking on the Return/Repair Request Form, please see our note below about Special Orders. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees.


Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. Jomashop.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
  • All return information is provided online through our Return/Repair Request Form link. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item not including shipping fees. If the "Free Ground" shipping option was selected, we will issue credit less the original shipping cost (usually runs between $12 and $60), please see note below about Special Orders.
  • Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after delivery for the return to be processed.
  • If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.

We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.

Special Orders
Select items sold on Jomashop.com may be considered a “Special Order” and subject to a limited return policy. A “Special Order” may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, or orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $4000, the return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the Jomashop.com staff via mail, fax or e-mail.
